Anna's School

Anna MacDonald is a mentor, course creator, and assistant with 13+ years of experience in a support role. Her programs focus on the 3 main pillars of efficiency, consistency, and confidence. Over her decade+ in the field, Anna has developed the systems and mindset to thrive in her role and now her mission is to give assistants the tools, support, and training they need to have the fulfilling career they want. Anna believes that assistants are the most valuable, yet misunderstood team member in the workplace. Her messages are motivated by a deep desire to help other assistants see and feel their worth. Anna holds a B.S. degree in Finance from the University of Southern Maine and will sit for the IAAP Certified Administrative Professional exam in Fall 2021.
